Last Friday, the whole school enjoyed a visit from our local PCSOs. They talked to the children about the things they do to make our communities safer. They also talked about stranger danger and vandalism amongst other important issues. KS1 children had the opportunity to look at a police car; they loved hearing the sirens and seeing the blue lights. They also saw some of the equipment that police officers use such as road signs and ‘the big red key’ used to knock doors down. The children listened well and asked lots of great questions.
