On Wednesday evening 23 children from Aston Clinton School participated in an athletics competition at Stoke Mandeville Stadium. They completed in a range of events such as shotput, 60m, 80m, 600m, 800m and 4x 100m relay. All the children did incredibly well and showed amazing perseverance, determination, and fantastic sportsmanship throughout the evening. As a school we came 7th place, and we had lots of brilliant results across the evening. Well done to all the children who took part, we are very proud of you. An extra thank you to Miss Kean and Mrs Proudfoot who came along to help and support the children. Our athletics team were:
