House Captains
House Captains
Hello we are the house captains for 2023-2024 and we are going to be organising all the events for this year. In case you don’t know us already we are:
Collyer: Isla, Olly and Darcey
Birch: Isabelle, Erin and Thomas
Griffin: Zack, Archie and Jacob
Taylor: Harry, Ben and Dylan
We hope that we can make a difference this year so that we make it the best year for the school.
What have we done this year?
Autumn Term
In the Autumn Term we held an Art Competition for all the children. We had some amazing entries.
We had 88 entries in total and the overall winner was Lottie in year 6.
We had 2 entries in year 1 with Murray first and William second.
In year 2 we had 13 with Mia in first, Felix second, Zunairah third and Luke fourth.
In year 3 we had 27 entries first being Celeste, second being Stephanie, third being Erin and fourth being Lola.
In year 4 we had 19 entries first being Olivia, second being Vicky, third being Bella and fourth being Fleur.
In year 5 we had 14 entries first being Isla, second being Myrtle, third being Jasmine and fourth being Ava
Finally, in year 6 we had 12 entries Lottie being first, Freya being second, Bella being third and James being fourth.
Overall the winning house was Griffin!
Spring Term
In the first half of the Spring Term we held a '500 Words' writing competition. The best entries won points for their house.
