Having good mental health, helps us relax more, achieve more, and enjoy our lives more. We understand that at various points everyone may have feelings relating to anxiety, worry, anger, loneliness and/ or frustration.
Here, at Aston Clinton, we use Zones of regulation to support children to express themselves emotionally.

A calming breath meditation designed to introduce kids to mindfulness. Kids imagine a sail boat rising and falling over waves as they inhale and exhale. They use mental imagery to see their breath as color as they observe the sensation of it passing through the nostrils.
