Having good mental health, helps us relax more, achieve more, and enjoy our lives more. We understand that children and adults may be feeling anxious, stressed, sad, lonely, or frustrated at some point. Your emotional wellbeing is just as important as your physical health. Good mental health allows you to cope with whatever you may experience.

If you are concerned about a child’s mental, CAHMS is a service that supports children and young people (up to age 18) with their emotional and mental health and wellbeing.
