Objectives 2021 - 2022

By July 2022, to further develop the capacity of middle leaders to improve and sustain high quality planning, teaching, learning and assessment in all subjects including improving knowledge of the revised EYFS framework  

By July 2022, all staff have updated their safeguarding training to reflect changes to KCSiE introduced in September 2021.  

By July 2022, teaching staff have a coaching/ peer mentoring programme which supports their development to deliver effective high-quality practices  

By July 2022, the school website will have been updated to ensure that it reflects the curriculum on offer 

By July 2022, the school will have engaged in internal and external validation to assess the current performance of the school across all areas of the Ofsted Framework. 

By July 2022, review Induction arrangements to ensure that all new members of staff are successfully inducted into the school team 

By July 2022, ECTs will have been part of an Induction package and support programme to successfully complete their first year.
