School Vision statement
At Aston Clinton School our school vision statement can be summed up by the following strapline : -
Together we: Aspire, Care , Succeed
All members of the school community - children, parents and carers, staff and governors - work in partnership for us all to: Aspire, Care , Succeed.
Our children will have high expectations of themselves and the self-confidence to strive to be the best they can be in all aspects of their lives. Our children will be encouraged to ‘dream big dreams’. They will be resilient learners who are not afraid to make mistakes or take risks in their learning journey.
Our children will be proud of their school, their wider community and the part they play within these. They have strong values that are demonstrated through their intrinsic behaviours at all times and in all circumstances. They will recognise that we are all unique individuals and show appreciation, respect and tolerance for each other. They will have a global awareness and take responsibility for caring for the world around them.
Our children will fulfil their potential academically, socially and emotionally in all areas of the curriculum. They will have lively and enquiring minds. They will be articulate, thoughtful children who are confident to speak in front of a variety of audiences. They will be prepared for secondary education and beyond in an ever changing world.
